We're launching the FY2026 Earthquake-Resistant Campaign!
To raise awareness among Tokyo residents about the importance of seismic retrofitting and to foster a climate conducive to such efforts, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, ward, city, and town governments, and private organizations are collaborating to launch the “FY 2026 Seismic Retrofitting Campaign” as outlined below.
This campaign has been held annually since FY Heisei 20, and this fiscal year marks its 19th year.
Implementation Period
Tuesday, September 1, Reiwa 8 – Sunday, January 17, Reiwa 9
