In December 2017, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government established the “Council for Disaster Mitigation Regarding Flooding of Rivers Managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government” and has been promoting disaster mitigation initiatives in collaboration with relevant agencies in the city’s wards, cities, and towns. We are pleased to announce that the Council will hold a meeting as detailed below.
