We Will Hold a BCP Awareness and Education Seminar
Unforeseen events—such as large-scale natural disasters—that can disrupt business operations can occur at any time. For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in particular, it is crucial to develop a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in advance to ensure the continuity or rapid recovery of their core operations.
Therefore, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Corporation will host a seminar to explain how to prepare for increasingly severe torrential rain disasters and to develop BCPs that address wind and flood damage, based on case studies such as the August Reiwa 8 Chiba torrential rains.
