Every year in October, to coincide with Housing and Living Month, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government co-hosts the “Tokyo Metropolitan Condominium Management and Revitalization Seminar” with the Tokyo Association of Condominium Management Professionals (General Incorporated Association). This seminar is designed for officers of condominium management associations and others, providing information useful for improving condominium management practices and revitalizing condominium complexes.
This year, in light of the amendments to condominium-related laws that took effect in April of Reiwa 8, experts will provide easy-to-understand explanations on topics such as the revision of standard management regulations and the management plan certification system, as well as key points of the amended Condominium Revitalization Act. We hope you will join us.
