E-world Energy & Water Exhibitors Wanted
To expand opportunities for entry into the environment and energy-related industry, a growing sector that can help solve urban issues, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is supporting Tokyo-based small and medium-sized enterprises with advanced technologies and products to exhibit at overseas exhibitions in the environment and energy industry.
As part of this, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will support exhibiting at E-world Energy & Water 2026, an international trade fair for energy-related industries to be held in Essen, Germany in 2026.
A “Tokyo Pavilion” will be set up at the exhibition to promote the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in an integrated manner. In addition, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will provide support for exhibiting companies to acquire the knowledge and know-how necessary for overseas business in advance, as well as assistance in setting up business meetings with local companies and building future networks.

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements (please refer to the “Application Guidelines” for details on other application requirements).
(1) It must be a small or medium-sized enterprise (excluding so-called “deemed large enterprises”) that has its head office or branch office registered in Tokyo.
(2)Exhibits must be products, services, technologies, etc. that have been developed in-house, or products, services, technologies, etc. that have been jointly developed with other companies.
(3)The exhibits must be suitable for this exhibition.
(4)The company aims to enter the environment- and energy-related industries and expand overseas, and has a strong desire and a specific business plan to achieve this.
3 Support for exhibitors
Reducing the burden of exhibiting
Tokyo Metropolitan Government will cover basic expenses associated with exhibiting and conducting business negotiations, such as booth fees, setting up the Tokyo Pavilion, arranging for an interpreter for business negotiations, and creating PR tools for business negotiations.

Support for business skills and know-how
This program will enable participants to acquire the skills and know-how necessary for overseas business and negotiations with overseas buyers.
Support for overseas expansion
We will provide consultation regarding the laws and regulations required for product exports from the preliminary preparation stage onwards.
(This does not include evaluation and testing of exhibits or practical matters such as application procedures.)
Setting up a deal
We will support you in conducting business negotiations during the event by selecting suitable partners based on the exhibited products and technologies and making appointments in advance.
Support for building local networks and exchanges
In order to build a local network, we will set up opportunities for interaction with local government agencies, support organizations, companies, etc.
Post-exhibition support
To enhance the effectiveness of your exhibition, we will provide follow-up support after the exhibition.

- The secretariat will send you a URL for sending and receiving files for submitting application materials, so please enter the required information in the form (link to external site).

- After the secretariat has checked the responses on the form, they will send a URL for sending and receiving files to the email address you provided when submitting the required documents, so please upload all the required documents.
