Based on the “Agreement on Support for Urban Development for Recovery” (*), the Disaster Recovery and Urban Planning Assistance Corporation will be working with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to hold a symposium on supporting urban development for recovery from a Tokyo Metropolitan earthquake.
We would like to inform you that we are now recruiting participants.

(*) Agreement on support for urban reconstruction

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Disaster Recovery and Urban Planning Assistance Corporation have concluded an agreement to ensure smooth post-disaster urban reconstruction and the early stabilization of the lives of affected residents. This agreement covers the dispatch of reconstruction and urban planning support teams composed of experts, the exchange of information during normal times, and the implementation of training.

• Current status of earthquake-proofing of apartment buildings in Tokyo
• Panel discussion
