Disaster prevention experience tour for foreigners
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is collaborating with the Disaster Prevention Center to hold hands-on tours where foreign residents in Tokyo can learn about disaster prevention rules in Tokyo and take appropriate evacuation action in the event of a disaster.
Participants have given the program very positive feedback, saying things like, “The experience left a deep impression on me. I want to be more mindful of disaster prevention,” “I gained knowledge not only about how to help myself but also how to help others,” and “I want to share this information with my family and friends.”
This event will also be used as a platform to promote the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s efforts to promote multicultural coexistence through disaster prevention. Please invite your friends and family to participate!
